Walls decide how a speaker can sit. AMS models are true point-source loudspeakers, mountable horizontally or vertically without affecting performance. Its 130 mm (5.0") Dual Concentric driver combines a 20 mm PEI dome and a paper pulp cone. Dispersion is 90 degrees conical. At -3 dB, response spans 90 Hz to 30 kHz.
Indoors or out, wired the same way
For outdoor installation, the wires pass through a cable entry cover included with the product. Face its neck opening downward to minimise entry of moisture or particulates. Use pins 3 and 4 to add more loudspeakers to a distributed line.
Set the tap above the connector
The rotary transformer tapping switch sits directly above the wiring connector. It selects low impedance operation or 70/100 V distributed systems, and ships in low impedance mode. A yoke bracket is included, and a VariBall bracket is optional.
