Near field monitors for the desk you mix on.
In a bedroom or project studio, the speakers sit close to you. The REVEAL 502 is a near field monitor. Put your listening position 0.75 to 3 metres in front of it. Place a pair either side of a smaller mixing desk, angled towards you, tweeters at about ear height.
Link the pair with the supplied cable
Connect a smartphone, audio player or audio interface in stereo to one speaker. A 5 metre 3.5 mm mini-jack cable is supplied, so MONITOR LINK can feed the other speaker. Inputs are balanced XLR and unbalanced 6.35 mm (¼"), plus a 3.5 mm mini-jack.
49 Hz to 43 kHz from a compact cabinet
The 130 mm (5") multi fibre paper cone crosses over at 2.3 kHz to the 25 mm (1") soft dome. Frequency response is 49 Hz to 43 kHz, with distortion below 0.7 %. An optimised front port handles the low frequency alignment. The MDF cabinet measures 300 x 184 x 238 mm.
