It waits in standby until the signal returns.
Nobody wants to walk round a venue switching speakers on and off. In AUTO mode, the amplifier switches into standby after 20 minutes without signal. When a signal arrives, it powers back on within 2 seconds. MAN mode hands control to you or an external power sequencer.
Steady on long cables and generators
The universal power supply keeps working on long, thin power cables. It also runs from portable generators that cannot maintain full nominal voltage. Output capability is reduced at the low voltage extremes.

Cooled without fans
There are no cooling fans. The rear panel heat sink cools it by convection. Leave at least 100 mm (4") of space on all sides.

One source, several speakers
The LINK XLR sends a copy of the input to the next speaker. Several enclosures can run from one audio source. Its 305 mm (12") Dual Concentric driver plays 70 Hz to 25 kHz within ±3 dB in full range mode.
