In a voice alarm system, an announcement only helps if people hear it clearly. VLS 15 (EN 54) is EN 54-24 certified for use in fire detection and fire alarm systems.

Coverage shaped downward

FAST technology gives an asymmetrical vertical pattern of +6/-22 degrees, shaping coverage towards the lower quadrant. Horizontal dispersion is 130°. The directivity factor (Q) averages 9.1 from 1 kHz to 10 kHz.

Fits low impedance or 70/100 V systems

A rotary switch on the rear input panel sets the mode. Choose low impedance, or 70 V or 100 V with transformer taps. Two internally paralleled barrier strip connectors let you link further loudspeakers.
